BACKGROUND

Mesa Networks: Wireless Broadband and VoIP provider for residential and business markets

President and co-founder:

Mesa landed 10 business development transactions including capital formation and acquisitions.

Mesa was created to provide broadband Internet access to un-served and under-served rural and suburban markets.  By using tower-based wireless radio technology, we were able to rapidly build our network years ahead of Qwest and Comcast.  Our business evolved into an M&A consolidation strategy which led to a dominate position as the leading fixed wireless service provider for Colorado.  We merged Mesa into Jab Broadband – a regional consolidator which currently provides broadband services across eight states.

Prior to the merger, Mesa had developed into the 7th largest fixed wireless service provider in the U.S., an Honoree of INC 5000 and Entrepreneur for achieving 426% revenue growth over 3 years.
